I never received this item, as it was one of two items sent in error! I ordered 3 jigsaws (which are great, by the way) but only one was correct. Instead of the above, I received TWO of the same jigsaw (Under the Sea) BUT 100 piece… not the 50 piece I ordered.
I have emailed on three occasions to try to find out how I can return to exchange for the correct jigsaws but have had no response 😤
Products are superb but customer service is very poor, unfortunately.
