Shipping & Returns


Once your order is submitted we aim to process it by the following day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

You will receive an email containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date which is usually within 3-5 working days of when the order is placed.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping methods

Amonev Ltd offers free UK standard shipping. We send all purchases within the UK by Royal Mail or another track-able courier service. International shipping is carried out by DHL.

If you fail to be present upon the date of delivery, our courier service will notify you if they have left it with a neighbour or if they will reschedule delivery for the following day. All orders are expected to be signed for as proof of receipt, so they will not leave it at your address hidden or by the door for your receipt upon arrival.

Delivery timescales and notifications

Items will be despatched within 24 hours from the time of order. When your order has been despatched, your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days.

We do our best to ensure the stock information displayed on our website is correct, so we can keep our delivery timescales accurate. If there are any delays, we will inform you by email or telephone.

For items on back order, you can usually expect to receive the item within 10 business days. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this, we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

You can track your shipment with the order tracking ID but please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Amonev’s and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Amonev Ltd does not take responsibility in shipment delays nor damages caused during transportation.

Delivery address

In order to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your purchase promptly, please ensure that there are no mistakes with the address details entered before submitting. Please be aware that we are unable to process orders, requesting delivery to a P.O Box address.

Holiday deliveries

To ensure your purchase is delivered in time for Christmas, in the UK all orders need to be placed by the 19th December and internationally by the 16th December. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas on orders placed after the recommended dates.

Any orders placed on Good Friday – Easter Monday will not be processed and shipped until the following working day.

Other National Holidays
Orders placed on holidays classified as a bank holiday in the UK will not be processed until the following working day.

Return policy

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us at before returning your goods and within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Returns received after 14 days of original receipt may not be accepted.

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Return shipping expenses are not covered by Amonev Ltd.
Products purchased must be returned to our warehouse before a full refund can be made.

For any exchange please send back the item(s) you wish to exchange within 14 days of purchase. Once received and checked we will issue a full refund. Please then re-order the item(s) via our site. If you are exchanging because of a damaged/faulty item please contact us before sending the item(s) back.

Amonev Ltd does not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping.


If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order to your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding any of the original cost of shipping. Refunds will take up to 5-7 business days to clear but may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider. Please contact us if you have not received the refund after 10 days.

Please note that campaigns and holidays can delay the processing of your return. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
