What personal information do we collect from the Children and Parents that visit our website and who use our App?
Our Amonev website is not intended for children. We do not market to them and never knowingly collect any personal information from children. All the learning and play experience via our App – Amagenius AR Explorer for children are made to limit the use of children’s information and protect their privacy. Our App contain’s no external links to third-party websites or services.
Parents and carers can download the App from the Apple App Store, Google PlayStore, Downloading the App does not trigger the collection of any Personally Identifiable Information. We only collect device information such as operating system and administrative permissions, essential to installing the app on your device. Our App can work without an internet connection after the initial installation and the download of all the content.
Our App (including all APIs and SDKs) complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to children, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) we only collect analytics data (does not include Personally Identifiable Information) from the Amonev app. This data is anonymized and used as an aggregate to solely improve the play and learning experience. This data is not used for any commercial purposes.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.
By installing the App and creating a User Account the User agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and accepts the Regulations published on the website https://amonev.com/privacy-policy/

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site. Data entered in the User App is not visible or accessible in other Apps which are assigned to other Users.
