Can I track my order?
If your order is trackable you can track it via the Royal Mail website. Enter the tracking number that is sent to you in your order confirmation email to check the progress of your delivery.

Can I change my order?
Once an order has been submitted we are unable to change it. We suggest that you contact us at sales@amonev.com or call us on +44 330 043 0781 to cancel the incorrect order. Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order on our website at your own convenience.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change your delivery address before your order has been shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately if the package has already been shipped we will be unable to make any changes.
What if an item is out of stock or on backorder?
If a product is out of stock, we expect to have the product back in stock within 7 days. You can still order on backorder.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@amonev.com. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation, this is because the order has already been shipped.

Once you receive your item, please return the package to us within 14 days of the purchase date in order for us to process a refund or exchange.


How do you send items?
Amonev Ltd offers free standard UK shipping. We send our items within the UK via the Royal Mail track-able courier service and International shipping via DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Simply checkout as usual, select your country and enter the delivery address.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is submitted we aim to process it by the following day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

You will receive an email containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date which is usually within 3-5 working days of when the order is placed.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this.
My order was damaged in the post, what do I do?
Amonev Ltd does not take responsibility for shipment delays nor damages caused during transportation. We advise that you get in touch with us to report any issues, so that we can investigate and send out any replacement products if necessary.


What is your return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund; providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition.

If your product is damaged, please contact us at sales@amonev.com as soon as possible before returning.

Do I have to pay for postage?
If you wish to for whatever reason return an item to us, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. Amonev Ltd does not provide a returns label so it is up to the customer to return items independently.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect before processing your return. The item(s) must be in a new condition, original packaging with labels intact. Once your refund is issued, you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days.


Do Amonev products have warranty?
All of our products are made with high quality materials and come with 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Amonev Ltd warranty does not cover any of the following:

Batteries, straps, crown, or glass replacement
Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters
Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc), or accidents
Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or glass, altercation of the strap, etc)
Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible

What do you do with my information?
At Amonev Ltd we take your privacy seriously.

Any personal information you give us via our contact forms on the website will never be sold or given to third parties without your consent.

Your personal information will be kept private and held securely. Sometimes we will need to enter your information into third-party software, but we will use safe, reliable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant services who will not pass on your details to anyone else.

Is the online payment method secure?
We only accept payment online via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal using your debit or credit card. PayPal accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express.

Once your payment has been processed and cleared, we will then dispatch your item. Therefore, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to cover the order. If we have a problem with your payment, we will inform you either by email or telephone.

How do I unsubscribe from the Amonev newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive our Amonev newsletter, simply click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of your emails to stop receiving updates.
